Amol Kodan is an AI Scientist focused on advancing value based care and public health through the development and deployment of enterprise technology solutions and machine learning algorithms for the United States healthcare system. 

He brings experience from Elevance Health a Fortune 20 healthcare organization, where he supported Federal Health Products and Services through advanced analytics, population health insights, and outcomes measurement aligned to value based care initiatives for government sponsored healthcare programs, and led large scale IT implementations supporting enterprise healthcare operations and analytics. 

He is currently working at XO Health, where he advances value based care by developing IT and analytics solutions that support episode based payment models, healthcare transparency, and performance measurement, with a continued focus on building scalable technology that improves affordability, accountability, and care delivery outcomes. 

Amol Kodan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Connecticut, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List, and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Fordham University. He is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Biostatistics and Epidemiology, further advancing his mission to support value based care, episode based payment models, and data driven approaches to improving population health, healthcare outcomes, and system performance.
